Welcome to Quraanly. By accessing our website and enrolling in our online Quranic courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling a free trial, submitting an admission form, or attending our classes, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Class Scheduling and Cancellations

Classes are scheduled based on the mutual agreement between the tutor and the student. If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session, they must inform the tutor or administration at least a few hours in advance to reschedule. Continued unexplained absences may result in the forfeiture of that session.

3. Fees and Payments

Our subscription fees for the Regular and Premium plans are based on the student's personalized fee structure. All fees must be paid in advance at the beginning of the billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable for missed classes that were not communicated properly.

4. Code of Conduct

Students and tutors are expected to maintain an environment of mutual respect, modesty, and dedication to Islamic principles. Any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify our service offerings, tutor assignments, and these terms at any time. We will notify students of any significant changes via their provided contact methods.
